Levi Johnston has lost all credibility with his latest accusation against Sarah Palin. Johnston claims Palin would pay more attention to Bristol’s baby Tripp, than she did to her own baby Trig, who was born with Down syndrome.
Johnston said, “I couldn't believe it when she would come over to us and sometimes say, playing around, 'No, I don't want the retarded baby -- I want the other one and pick up Tripp.’ That was just her, even her kids were used to it. “

Dan, you played into his hand. Sensationalism is all that Levi offers. He knows how the media works. Its like one parasite feeding off another. Like cleaner-fish clinging on a shark. The media weighs how the story will sell, not by its factual content. Stop throwing him out there like we need your guidence to see how ridiculas this kid is. We're big boys and girls,....we see the fool without you throwing him back onto the cash-cow pedestal for a second wind.

Levi is just out for the money, and doesn't care who he hurts in the process. His comments now are in direct contrast to previous statements that he made publicly about Sarah and Todd Palin. Tank is just the goon for the pimp Rex Butler...money, money, money. Levi needs to get a real job, support his child, and change a few dirty diapers. (on the baby, not his buddies) Does anybody really care what this little boy thinks?
Dan, I heard you on the radio yesterday for part of the show and boy, howdy, if you weren't upset. Like you, I know Sarah, too. I have no problem envisioning her talking like this because - and here is where you apparently skimmed right over the context, she was "playing around". Is it playing around in a way that makes you feel comfortable? Clearly not. For those of us who know Sarah - she was very candid that this pregnancy was unexpected and not what she wanted. At all. She was upset and worried when she learned the baby might be Down's (as would any mom). She has spoken honestly about this on numerous occasions - including this past year's Governor's Prayer Breakfast and at the Right to Life event she attended in Indiana. At that event she also spoke about contemplating - even if it was for a brief passing moment - the idea of aborting her baby. (Frankly, this was one of the few times I think Sarah was being truly "open and transparent" - and I applaud her for her honesty). Obviously she made the right choice to carry Trig to term and deliver him - though of course the events surrounding his delivery remain truly bizarre and it is still unclear why she won't just release his birth certificate if she truly wants to put to rest the crazy fixations some people on the far left have about Trig's parentage and birth. (She keeps citing that she's upset about these charges - yet she won't release one of the most crucial pieces of information that would lay such claims to rest).
Levi, though it was in no doubt poor taste to share such an anecdotal piece of information about how the private family life functioned, did in no way imply that Sarah doesn't 1) love Trig; 2) play with Trig; and 3) support Trig (goodness, she pays for him to have full time one-on-one daily care from a retired special needs teacher).
All Levi said (on this particular matter) is that sometimes, while playing around, she would come over to Tripp and joke about not wanting to play - at that moment - with Trig. Is it the word "retarted" that has thrown you for a loop? He's a Down's Syndrome baby who is dearly loved by his mother and the rest of his family. I feel sorry that Sarah's own privacy in her own home, playing around with her son and grandson, was made public.
But to say that Levi has discredited himself on all fronts, is just you, once again, becoming highly reactive and going off in an odd little pontificating tirade. Calm down, Dan. You have so much to offer to the public discussion - but not when you get so easily spun.
