Time to clean up Sarah Palin's mess

Between the bizarre tweets, the incoherent "good-bye Alaska" speech, and the ensuing and constant pleading that quitting is fighting and fighting is quitting, it has become abundantly clear to anyone with any sense that Sarah Heath Palin has become "Crazy Governor Lady."
Yes, she has lost it and revealed herself as flaky, delusional, dishonest, slightly paranoid, and in way over her head. Palin should have never been elected governor. She wasn't ready and those of us who voted for her should have known it. The lesson is that personality, image and looks should never trump substance when evaluating a candidate.
But that's all in the past now. Hopefully most of us have learned from our mistake. The big question now is how do we get busy cleaning up her mess?
Let's start with the worst piece of legislation in the history of the state, Alaska's Clear and Equitable Share or ACES.
The evidence is overwhelming ACES is killing Alaska jobs and drying up future investment. BP's development of the Liberty field is one of the most glaring examples.
When BP announced in July of last year it will invest $1.5 billion to develop Liberty field, we learned the oil company giant would incorporate the world's biggest land-based drill unit, with power two to three times that of a typical North Slope rig, and that the investment would create hundreds of high paying jobs and extend the life of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. This project is a big deal and the kind of investment we have seen very little of lately in Alaska.
It's the kind of investment you see in many other U.S. states where the oil industry is booming. Companies are pouring billions of dollars into exploration in states like Louisiana and Oklahoma.
So why are we not seeing more investments like the Liberty field in Alaska? The answer is easy. It's because of ACES. BP says if Liberty were on state land instead of federal, it would have scrapped the project. Because Liberty is on federal land it is not subject to the ridiculously high production taxes Sarah Palin's ACES gave us.
One of the many great myths Sarah Palin used to rise to power is the idea oil companies have to invest their limited future capital in Alaska and therefore we can treat the industry anyway we want. For ACES to work we have to accept the notion taxes don't deter investment. Nothing could be further from the truth. Oil companies only have so much capital to invest and, like the Liberty field, will only invest if prospects pencil out.
But the Liberty field is not the only evidence "Crazy Governor Lady's" ACES legislation is hurting our economy.
The Fraser Institute, a Canadian think-tank, recently issued its 2009 Global Petroleum Report. The report evaluates the highly competitive world of oil company investment options. The news is not good for Alaska.
The 2009 Global Petroleum Report showed Alaska ranking 78th when it comes to oil companies investing in exploration and production. We dropped from 46th in 2008. The report cites a number of factors for the decline in Alaska's competitiveness. High taxes and royalty rates are listed as top deterrents for the oil industry when it comes to investing in Alaska.
The international study showed nine U.S. states ranked in the top 10 which makes Alaska's dismal 78th ranking that much more troublesome.
Remember ACES raised production taxes on the oil industry 400 percent when prices are high. And oil companies make their investment decisions on how much they will earn when prices are high. This is another reason ACES kills so many investment dollars in Alaska.
The focus for Alaska now should be to undo ACES. Remember the original ACES bill took a very different form as law after liberal Democrats in the Legislature were through with it.
It's time for new Gov. Sean Parnell to take up the fight against liberal Democrats and undo ACES. Parnell must abandon his "Palin can do no wrong" stance and clean up the mess she left us. Sean, let's make Alaska competitive again.
If everything is so clear now, why was it so left wing back when she was pushing ACES? Your ranking table is a matter of giving away the states resources. Oil is big and there is so much corruption at all levels. I would like to see you work toward rooting out corruption. Did you read about the Mayors in NJ being arrested? Then, the church WAS involved???? Mr. Madoff??? Is there anything that does not experience corruption? We need to return to school. Are the schools teaching corruption? Are Parents teaching corruption?
Were you the original FAT BASTARD guy in the Austin Powers Movies?
You should have been...if not!
The issue of the Alaska Fund Trust was already in another complaint filed previously. The Board found that the fund was set up in compliance with both Federal and Alaskan law. The previous complaint was dismissed. So now we have the whoremongers desparate to destroy Sarah Palin, resort to bring up an already decided issue. this was done with the same stoogies who have filed before, and lost. they also violated Alaskan law by making public the confidential matter prior to the board's findings. Until any investigation is completed, the story doesn't belong in the media. any media which publishes such unlawful stories continues to lose creditability. The practicing of reporting a finding, "before the board has reached a finding, is quite suspect in itself. The board also found that there are fundamental Constitutional rights, which Sarah Palin has, which she does NOT lose as Governor. These frivilous ethics complaints are nothing other than a political disagreement with the governor, and should be settled at the ballot box. Since Sarah Palin has resigned , then there is no further reason to disagree with her , thus no more frivilous complaints.
Seems Dan left something out....
Start with this -
Fagan cites the 2009 Fraser data to make two false claims. He first claims that the 2009 Fraser report indicates that Alaska’s ranking dropped from 46th place in 2008 to 78th in 2009. Next, he claims the 2009 Fraser report lists taxes and royalty rates as the “top deterrents” for oil industry investment in Alaska. Both claims are false.
First let’s look at Fagan’s foolish claim that the 2009 Fraser Report Data indicates that Alaska’s ranking dropped from 46th place in 2008 to 78th in 2009. This is a perfect example of the old cliché, “numbers don’t lie but liars use numbers.” I’ll make three points here.
First, Fagan erroneously attempts to compare the 2008 data to the 2009 data in terms of Alaska’s ranking. This is not statistically sound. You can’t compare Alaska’s 46th place ranking in the 2008 data to Alaska’s 78th place ranking in the 2009 data from a statistical standpoint since the data sampled is not the same. In other words, it’s not a paired sample. In 2008, 81 jurisdictions were surveyed while 143 were surveyed in 2009, a fact Mr. Fagan conveniently omitted.
Ilsnowbird:
Politics, particularly Alaska politics is way over YOUR head. Why do you continue to pretend that you know anything meaningful about our state? When she departs and heads for the lower 48, then you can claim her as your own, but while an Alaskan you have no basis to pretend you know anything substantive about her or policy (or better stated, lack thereof).
Again, you never answered my previous question. . .how many times have you actually met Sarah Palin?
My My didn't somebody wake up on the wrong side of the bed today! I'm not surprised that One of the Good Ole Boys doesn't like the poll numbers, especially the 72% approval rating that Sarah has among the GOP and the poll was taken after she announjced her transfer of power to Sean Parnell. I know how upset you "boys" were when she resigned from her commission to expose corruption in the GOP. She sure ruined your little game didn't she. Then when she stole your show by being elected governor, well you guys just couldn't handle a woman comming along and beating your little gang. You haven't liked her from the beginning because you couldn't control her then and now. Can't stand it when a lady steals your show and does a much better job than you sexist guys can dream of doing. Can you? You are mad because I see through your charade and call it like it is. You are mad because I won't back down, just like she won't back down. Your mad that I still dare to talk Alaskan politics and you don't control me. as far as whether I have ever met Sarah, well You aren't worthy of that information. that would be a confidential matter, and being a Veteran, I' am well versed on confidence and security matters. so you are not cleared for or entitled to such information. I recognize you for the loser that you and all the other good Ole Boys reaally are. and you can take this latest ethics that KTUU just messaged me about and shove it up where the sun don't shine.
http://www.ktuu.com/Global/story.asp?S=10764445
Also, she didn't resign from AOGCC to expose GOP corruption, that was a matter of convenience, and consequently, I'm glad she did. Randy Ruedrich should have be run out of the party years ago. Of course, I would know that from first hand experience, unlike you. Actually, Sarah left AOGCC because she was totally ill-equipped to do the work and just didn't want to do it.
You might want to take a look at that. I have no doubt that won't sway your opinion, however I always enjoy exposing you for the intellectually dishonest, blindly obsessed, fan that you are.
How come you always conveniently forget the fact that :
1) I voted for her when she ran for governor?
2) I gave her money when she ran for governor?
Also, let's take into account that three of my former bosses, while I staffed for the legislature, were women. That's right. I think that kind of blows your sexist theory out of the water.
Your response to whether you've ever met her is utterly laughable. In short, you would hate to have to admit that an actual Alaskan, who has actually met her, has actually worked in Alaska State Government, who learned actual Alaska politics from an actual Alaskan professor at an actual Alaskan university might possible know more than someone horribly illiterate from Illinois.
Well versed in confidence and security matters? Let me guess, you were in the same Navy Seal team with Jesse Ventura!
Sir Winston Churchill once called his opposition, "Bloated Bladders of Lies." I think that describes the Good Ole boys. Ventura, well he's one of you boys. I'm Army from Nam
ilsnowbird:
You are such a sycophant hero worshiper of our anti-free market, populist (discrace of a........soon to be former because she's a weak quitter) governor.
Did you even know who she was before her fellow moderate maverick picked her? If Hillary called herself pro-life and stuck an "R" in front of her name, you'd defend her like hell too.
Following the Alinsky's script I see. You should stick to sports or cars since politics is way, way over your head. The more groupthink rubbish I hear from all you Obamabots, the more I KNOW Sarah is the real McCoy. I'm sticking with the winner, while you Obamabots can watch him tank in the polls until he has to leave office a one termer, and in disgrace. Stick to sports Ed. Politics isn't your stock and trade.
It is sad how bad you are at debating. You are worse than Palin! HAHA!
Anyone that knows me knows that I am Mr. Conservative. I only support real conservatives that aren't populist and understand the free market. Palin raised taxes in Alaska and on the oil companies. Obama would be proud. Are you? Or are you too brain dead to see that she is no Reagan. She is more of a big government republican than Bush was. At least Bush supports school vouchers and supports right to work legislation...
Palin raised taxes in Alaska and on the oil companies.
No, she didn't, the Legislature did. Palin is the Governor, not the Emperor.
Quit playing your dishonest game. Yes, because technically the legislature debated and ultimately approved ACES does not make it the legislature's initiative. As a matter of fact let's look at the ACES page on the GOVERNOR'S website: http://gov.state.ak.us/aces/
Are you capable of any intellectual honesty?
Obviously the legislator passed the tax increases, but who signed it? Who pushed for it? Palin has grown the government of Alaska and more than most of our democrat governors sadly enough.
To suggest that she is a small government conservative is to simply ignore her record and the stances she has taken. Just because you are pro-life and support enforcing the 2nd Amendment doesn't automatically make you the savior of conservatism. Get real. Don't be a sheep.
You are still in the 46% minority. You don't like Palin, I do. I won't change your mind, and you most certainly will not change my mind. See ya on Palin's inauguarationj Jan. 20, 2013.
It is so sad to hear you cling to that pathetic poll number. I double dare you to come up with a new talking point. Of course, I doubt you lack the intelligence or creativity to do so.
I'm not sure what "46% minority" you are placing me in. Maybe you found some obscure poll that said 54% of Americans drool over Palin like you do. I don't know.
I will say that I am in a minority and I will always be. On domestic issues, I'm a libertarian. People will never give up the notion that government can do it better. I have. Palin has not.
I think we should.......
We should ABOLISH The Federal Reserve, the SEC, the FDIC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, The Federal Housing Administration, the corporate tax, the IRS, the death tax, the majority of domestic issue cabinet departments (health and human services, energy, urban housing and development, education, etc.), Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, unemployment insurance, the minimum wage, welfare, etc. All taxes should be low, flat and fixed. Implement a flat income tax of no more than 20% and exempt low income earners. Lower the capital gains to 10%. Enact "right to work" legislation. Get the federal government out of trying to micromanage education, but encourage states to subsidize the students through vouchers as opposed to subsidizing the education bureaucracy. Apply anti-trust laws to the teachers union. Pull out of the United Nations because they are little more than a global bureaucracy that makes world affairs worse while presenting to imagine of helping. Propose a Constitutional Amendment to ban abortion as the only way to end the unconstitutional addition of it to the Constitution. Also amended the Constitution to require a balanced budget and restrict the government from spending more than 20% of GDP. Give ANWR and most of the land the federal government owns back to whom it rightfully belongs. Abolish tariffs and promote free trade against the wishes of the business protectionist lobby. Support and grow the military while finding ways to eliminate inefficient, bureaucratic waste. But, first and foremost, fight terrorism.
I understand this places me in the minority. I'd rather be right than realistic. If the majority was right the majority of the time then the status quo would be welcomed.
An interesting discourse, and I agree with most of it. I would ask of you though, how would you finance defense, Nat'l highways, Nat'l Parks, etc.
...are so hot for "states rights", why don't you just let each state finance defense, de-nationalize highways and fund them state by state, and de-nationalize the parks and fund them state by state. Why should the rest of us taxpayers in other states pay for any of these things in states where citizens insist on "states rights"? Assuming, that is, the IRS -- you know, the arm of the federal government that collects taxes and redistributes them where needed -- hasn't been eliminated.
Don't be surprised if highways go to ruin, bridges fall and are never repaired, and your parklands disappear into the maw of some profiteers eager to mine, drill, cut down, pollute without restriction. Most likely foreign profiteers. They already own Las Vegas. Do you think the average citizen is going to "share the wealth"? Ha.
I'm sure you don't care about The Grand Canyon, but imagine a dam being built upriver from the Grand Canyon by some profiteer who wants to charge exorbitant amounts for the electricity produced -- the Colorado River would diminish to a trickle, and the entire Canyon ecosystem would turn into a blazing dry furnace. All plant and animal life, not to mention tourists, would never tread the former riverbanks ever again. Big loss, huh?
That could easily happen anywhere in Alaska. It's been OK'd that the Tongass National Forest be logged off, rather expensively due to the "roadless" issue. State officials have handed over the off-shore fishing grounds to foreign and lower-48 interests to use as they wish. I'm sure a lot of Alaska transplants from the lower 48 would be happy if the First People reluctantly packed their bags, headed for the Yukon, and applied for Canadian citizenship -- but you know the First People won't leave until the state-sanctioned ruin of their livelihood is final.
Permafrost in Alaska is disappearing. A lot of Alaskans don't seem to believe the phenomenon of "global warming". What do you think the softening/melting of permafrost going to do to the Pipeline foundation and roads? Messy... "States rights" funding for roadbuilding will have a helluva problem there. There goes the basis for the Alaskan economy, unless you prevail on the oil companies to fix the roads; which is just like turning over Alaskan state government TO the oil companies. But hey, that's MUCH more preferable than, say, the federal government loaning money to the auto industry...
And then, there's Russia. Oh, where's that nasty ol' federal government when you really need it? Try fending off the Russian Navy if they decide to steam into the Arctic Circle and lower Peninsula seaports all at once. "The right to bear arms" isn't going to do much good.
Be careful what you wish for.
Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sarah Palin's approval ratings among ALASKANS is 54% and you are one of those in the 46% who disapproves of her. Therefore you are in a minority. Sarah leaves office with a 54% rating, which any governor would kill for.
54% is a reasonably decent job approval rating. Of course when you consider that that is a significant drop from a high in the mid 80s (Rasmussen indicated that at one point she had a job approval rating as high as 93%), it starts to lose its luster. Also, let's consider that when Rasmussen did a side by side comparison of gubernatorial job approval ratings in late 2008 there were quite a number of govenors with ratings at or above 54%. Furthermore, there were a number of governors with job approval ratings above hers at that time, some of the WELL above hers (Jindal, Huntsman, Hoeven for example). To say 54% is a number that any governor would KILL for is a huge overstatement.
She has a 54% approval rating in a state that votes Republican 60% of the time. WOW! I only started to disapprove of the way she was handling her job since she got back from the presidental campaign trail. I use to be a big fan. I see where I was wrong. Her approval rating is only going down (as is Obama's) so she decided to quit. I guess actually serving out the term you were elected to is "politics as usual"........
I voted for her in 2006. If she is the Republican nominee in 2012, I'll probably vote for her again. I am just smart enough to understand that there are far better options to choose from. She'd be better than Obama, but someone like Jindal or Gingrich would be way better than Obama. She does't have the skill or desire to shrink government. They do.
I see Hillary Clinton just apologized to India on our behalf. I bet you are so proud of Obama. Sarah did say she would never apologize for America's greatness, but then those of you 46% in the minority just wouldn't understand such things. You Obamabots see your hero's numbers falling, and Sarah positioning herself for a landslide win in 2012, and you just can't handle that, can you?
What I can't stand is some snotty woman from Illinois trying to tell me that because I think Alaska and America can do a hell of a lot better than Palin, that I am a fan of our current disastrous president. You refuse to address my points. You are a cancer to every article Fagan intelligently writes criticizing the substance of Palin. You worship her personality. You can't defend her policies or face the truth so you blindly call everyone that criticizes your goddess an Obama supporter. When asked by the News-Miner during the republican primary in 2008 who she would vote for, she said either McCain or Huckabee. Those were the two most liberal, big government statist republicans that were running in the primary. Both of them were and still are a cancer to the conservatism that should be guiding the republican party. Hero worshipers like you and the Obama maniacs are the biggest problem with this country.
You have got to be dreaming if you think Palin will win on the national level in a landslide (let alone win at all under normal circumstances). She can't take on the media criticizing her so she quits. She use to be good (at least politically) at local and state politics, but she is way over her head on the national level. I agree that she has been treated grossly unfair since the beginning, but it is her fault that she hasn't been able to overcome it. She was even stupid enough to think she'd get the Hillary femanazi's or that Katie Couric would be fair to her. I'm still waiting for her to tell the world what newspapers she reads. I won't hold my breath in whether it includes the Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times or The Alaska Standard....
I think Obama may be the most destructive President we have had since FDR. You are closer to Obama than I am. I'm a William F. Buckley Jr. libertarian. Palin is just a stupid populist republican that trashes the oil companies for sheep like you to drool over. Maybe you should run as Palin's VP in 2012. You will make her look like a genius.
You are a cancer to every article Fagan intelligently writes criticizing the substance of Palin
"Sarah Palin Has Become Mentally Unstable"
Let me know when Dan writes anything intelligent or of substance.
Snowbird is male...
Bryan, well, knock me over with a feather. Are you sure snowbird is a male? I also thought the opposite. That just makes it all the more sad. I somehow lost even more respect for "him."
I dream of the day he leaves this website he never has anything intelligent to say on.
Here is a great article on how a real conservative (Governor Bobby Jindal of LA) governs.
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0709/25136.html
I am 110% sure he's a male...
We are conservatives snowbird... we do not support obama or clinton...
If you're not a Palin supporter than you are either one of those stupid Ron Paul flunkies or are outright Obamabot. In any case if not a Palin supporter you are all just Obamabots pure and simple. Just one of the sheeple. bah bah bah!!!!!!
I am not a palin supporter, nor a ron paul flunkie, nor a supporter of obama...
I am a fiscal conservative... and as a fiscal conservative I must reject policies that grow government, limit the free market, and tax people and companies into submission.
Therefore I reject palin and obama...
Snowbird, are ACES and AGIA fiscally conservative in nature?
Ilsnowbird has a pre-programmed set of talking points and once those are exhuasted, anyone without a slavish devotion to Sarah Palin is an Obamabot. I've already included links to the Governor's budget proposals to demonstrate her lack of fiscal conservatism, but facts will not confuse him.
Against sarah and her policies = obamabots
Only a brainwashed palinbot would think such a foolish thing
Hey snowbird, is Dan Fagan a obamabot?
EDIT: snowbird has stated in another post their belief that Dan Fagan is an Obamabot. Draw your own conclusions as to the mental state of snowbird.
This gal from Illinois (ilsnowbird) calls anyone that dares criticize her god, Sarah Palin, an "Obamabot." It doesn't matter that people like me and Fagan don't like Palin because she is a psuedo-conservative. She is as bad as the sycophant Obama supporters. It is not about issues, substance. It is about the cult of personality they worship.
No gal!! Male Vietnam Vet. You and Fagan are still Obamabots.Yes if you are against Palin you are an Obamabot. I'd explain why, but that's way over your head.
Why not explain something we can grasp and understand... How about ACES and AGIA... Please explain why they are common sense and conservative in nature.
of course you can't and therefore won't..
You're the one with the problem with her policies. I don't have any problems with them. I said before that they are brilliant. What's the matter? can't stand a woman doing a better job than the Good ole boys did?
YES, you are correct!
I do have a problem with her policies... Do you want to know why? Because I'm a fiscal conservative.
As as fiscal conservative I reject ACES.
As a fiscal conservative I reject AGIA.
Are you a fiscal conservative stan?
I'am an Abe Lincoln, Goldwater, Reagan, Palin conservative. The only kind there is. All the others are phonys. Mitt Romney, Huckabee, are phonys. Sarah Palin is the only true conservative for 2012!! You are still in the 46% minority.
How was ACES and AGIA conservative in nature?
You have an obsession with ACES and AGIA. It's clear you don't like those policies ,but like I say you are in the minority. I have no problem with them. I still count you in with the Obamabots.
were they conservative in nature?
why do you refuse to answer such a simple question?
In Illinois, the Natural resources are owned by the property owner on which they are found. In Alaska, the Natural resources are owned by the State. Therefore it isn't a question of conservative vs liberal. I agree with Sarah on ACES and AGIA, as the right thing to do given the state ownership of the natural resources. I don't like state ownership of resources, but then neither I nor Sarah wrote the law there in Alaska. She exercised good judgement in those policies.
I thought bird was a HE
Randy, like you I too wrote and wrote and wrote email after email after email not only to my legislator's but to the entire kabal in Juneau. There were many, many folks who understood the ramifications of ACES & AGIA and who did care enough to do what they could to try and dissuade their representatives. The problem was not with the populace, the problem was with our weak kneed, spineless, cowardly legislators who did not have the courage of their convictions to stand up to the Palin popularity wave which swept over Alaska. The all too often lame and gutless comments I received from legislators like Bunde and Gato would make your head spin. In so far as "we the people" put them in office, hence we're responsible I would agree with you but not having the courage to stand up to the pressure is a character flaw that only our legislators must deal with.
I sent letters to all of the Alaska legislators asking them not to pass ACES. My letter can be seen on my website at www.AlaskaFalcon.com . But not enough citizens spoke up against the passage of ACES and AGIA. We may have messed up our chances for a gas pipeline.
It was the anti-oil company sentiment amongst the majority of the people of Alaska that helped drive our politicians to pass those bills. It is really not so much the fault of our politicians. They are just following the will of the people.
Just putting Sean Parnell into the governor's office is not necessarily a cure all. Sean Parnell is a good man, but it is up to the Alaskan people to tell all of our politicians that we don't hate the oil companies and we want the oil companies to have favorable terms for building a gasline, as well as good terms for the state.
There is some uncertainty as to whether the gas pipeline is economic. In other words it's a massive and risky project.
I'd rather the state give the oil companies "too good of a deal" and get a gasline, rather than the state keep its perfect fat deal with all of its "must haves", but get no gasline. Why not a good deal for all of us?
I do not work in the oil industry (I did in 1994) nor do I have any stock in any oil company.
But for crying out loud - we need a gasline!
I'm positive that Sarah Palin very much wants Alaska to have a gas pipeline.
But former Alaska Governor Frank Murkowski served from 1981 to 2002 in the U.S. Senate. He was the ranking Republican on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. For years he worked hard on national and Alaskan energy issues. It takes years to gain that kind of experience and knowledge. Murkowski had a sense of what was needed to get a gasline for Alaska during the window of opportunity.
Sarah Palin was no doubt very busy raising her family and working hard on the issues of city government in Wasilla. It’s not fair to expect her to be deeply versed and experienced in the minutia of the petroleum industry and the international energy markets. She’s relatively young.
Governor Murkowski’s team spent over a year in tough negotiations with the Alaska North Slope oil companies and produced a tentative gas pipeline fiscal agreement. And yes, many said that it was “too good of a deal” for the oil companies. But it would have put us on the fast track to a gasline. It would have also given Alaska a 20% ownership share in the gas pipeline.
In the summer of 2006 the legislature failed to approve the plan. But that was OK. A little bit of hemming and hawing is a good bargaining tactic.
Palin was elected as Governor in Nov. 2006, but instead of tweaking Governor Murkowski's plan, she threw the whole thing in the trash can!
I suspect that Governor Palin possibly suspects that her AGIA plan may not result in a definite commitment for a gasline by the end of her term in 2010. She may think that a new angle is called for in the person of Sean Parnell.
I think she wants to help Alaska and did the right thing in resigning. I think it took some courage to take that step.
Randy S. Griffin, Fairbanks, Alaska
I don't remember Palin saying she was stepping down because she suspects the policies put in place under her leadership were bad for Alaska.
It's clear to me that $arah Palin quit because it's best for HER.
Why do palinbots assume that because you reject palin you're in league with obama?
As a fiscal conservative, I deeply regeret voting for palin. With ACES and AGIA she has severely damaged our state.
Truth hurts doesn't it. You are part of the groupthink kool-aid drinking Obama supporters. You and IMO fear Sarah will be elected in 2012. She will!! Get used to it.
